A Buddy can also choose to onboard several New Buddies at the same time. They post their availability for new matches directly on the platform. Matches are made twice a month. The newcomers receive their optimal buddy match promptly, based on the current buddy pool. The perfectly matched tandems are formed on the basis of 1,907 weighted criteria. Preferences and personality traits play a major role in this process. The psychologically based matching questionnaire was developed in a participatory process with stakeholder groups at Wavestone. In this way, buddy matching was able to start with full acceptance and approval from all internal company groups.
