Meet our founder: Rosmarie Steininger
Rosmarie Steininger, founder and CEO of CHEMISTREE, has built her career on fostering meaningful relationships – powered by algorithms. After earning a degree in business informatics, she spent eight years developing logistics algorithms and managing international projects at BMW Group. Later, as Deputy Managing Director of the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation, she created impactful community-focused initiatives. In 2017, she combined these experiences to launch CHEMISTREE, creating matching and community platforms for mentoring, peer coaching, events, and beyond. Her commitment to excellence extends to her role as an AI governance expert for the German federal government.
