The Matching Process

HR Review: Matches are reviewed and adjusted if necessary.

Buddies are notified of the match > they decide in favor or against (providing a reason)

New buddies are notified of the match > decide for or against (providing a reason)
Each tandem receives a breakdown of the criteria on which the match is based. Based on this, first the Buddy and then the New-Buddy can accept – or reject – their matching proposal.
Precise and Transparent
Participants can understand the accuracy of their match via the ‘Why we match’ display. Which matching criteria are made visible is project-specific and is decided during the design stage. The personality traits on which a match is based are not visible to anyone except the respective participants.
