How does it feel to attend a trade fair after a year’s abstinence? Amazing!!!
230 exhibitors, 450 experts and 3,500 visitors will have felt the same way we did at herCAREER. After being put on hold in 2020 due to the pandemic, this September finally gave people the opportunity to exchange ideas, network, take stock and inform at the leading trade fair for female career planning. The sheer overwhelming range of trade fair offers was organised and tailored for visitors to an individual program of suitable lectures, workshops, jobs, and much more – by Matching powered by CHEMISTREE!
For herCAREER, CHEMISTREE’s trade fair matching provides an outstanding performance component (which received the German Excellence Award 2020 for digital services). It offers visitors the valuable opportunity to make targeted connections, helps enormously with orientation or selection within the overall offer and enriches the trade fair experience before (and also after!) the two live days in Munich.
“For me, herCAREER matching was a brilliant idea and it really helped prepare my visit to the trade fair well and to make contacts before the event, new and uncomplicated! I was able to write to a great woman and guest speaker in advance, for example. When we met on the day of the trade fair in real live for the first time, there was already a personal connection!” One of the many positive comments from participants – here from Elisa Garino, HR specialist.

In total, CHEMISTREE generated an impressive 24,500 matches! Registered participants were directed from the herCAREER trade fair platform to the CHEMISTREE matching platform via a bidirectional interface, where they were asked about various matching categories using online questionnaires and then received the individual matching suggestions displayed on the trade fair platform.

Celebrating such a shared sense of achievement with herCAREER founder Natascha Hoffner feels all the more phenomenal given the impressions of the past year. And after two incredibly eventful days at the trade fair, it’s already making us look forward to herCAREER 2022! In the meantime, there are many joint plans to help candidates to meet and match with employers all year round. herCAREER 365 … let’s do it!
